Complaint Handling Skills

Often the consequences of the reaction to the complaint are far worse than the complaint itself. This course looks at behaviours and processes to managing complaints.

Learning Outcomes

To provide individuals with knowledge, skills and understanding of an effective complaint handling process and the need to learn from experiences to continuously improve services.

This course can be run in house for up to 12 delegates as a stand alone workshop or as part of a combined learning programme and can also be delivered as a facilitated strategic visioning session for senior teams.
