This programme can help the organisation to design and implement efficiency projects, streamlining processes whilst focussed on retaining and improving customer service.

Learning Outcomes

Individuals and teams design efficiency project plans to implement back in the business that quantify a cost saving to the organisation.

This course can be run in house for up to 12 delegates as a stand alone workshop or as part of a combined learning programme and can also be delivered as a facilitated strategic visioning session for senior teams.
