Developing Workforce Resilience

This course is designed to help managers understand what resilience is, why it is important to organisations and how to build resilience in their teams. The basic concepts are brought to life using practical tools and techniques that can be applied straight away.

  • An awareness of the processes and practices that build resilience across an organisation

This course can be run in house for up to 12 delegates as a stand alone workshop or as part of a combined learning programme and can also be delivered as a facilitated strategic visioning session for senior teams.
