Leadership and Management Programme

The leadership and management programmes can be tailored to a range of management levels from team leader to senior manager. The training provides an engaging insight into leadership and how leadership skills have changed over the decades. Learning Outcomes

To introduce individuals to leadership theories, develop an understanding of the difference between management and leadership and how they can begin to develop their own leadership skills. A practical course that can be immediately implemented back in the workplace.

This course can be run in house for up to 12 delegates as a stand alone workshop or as part of a combined learning programme.
