Learning Outcomes

To provide individuals with the skills to enter into negotiations and come out with a win-win situation. The skills developed in the course can apply to a wide range of communication methods within organisations including report writing and presentation skills where communication needs to be influential.

This course can be run in house for up to 12 delegates as a stand alone workshop or as part of a combined learning programme.
